Free Counselling and Supervised Practice

As a practice client, you can choose from available third-level students and contact them directly for supervised sessions.

Student profiles include spoken languages, country, skills, bio, training, practice and BTH information so you can choose the best fit.

Depending on availability, practice clients may also be invited to selected breathwork seminars conducted by therapists in training under faculty supervision.

How to Become a Practice Client

Becoming a practice client is also a way to get a first-hand sense of the school before deciding whether to enrol in the training itself — you do not need to be a student here to request a session.

1

Contact a student directly

Trainees offer these sessions under professional supervision as part of their training; they are not independently licensed practitioners. On the use of the professional title “psychotherapist”, see our legal notice.

Bio

I worked for about 20 years as an environmental chemist and consultant. When I was in my late 30s, I was going through a crisis: after more traditional paths, I discovered energy psychology, bodywork techniques and state of presence approaches. Fascinated by the results I saw in myself, I became passionate and embarked on a path of inner growth and training that continues to this day. I'm now working as an energy techniques facilitator and life coach with a somatic approach. Student at EWTT since 1 year

Bio

I have been involved in transformational and maturation work since my 20s. After trying many different therapeutic approaches from a young age, I often wondered why I always ended up back in the same place. Despite my newfound insights and strategies to improve myself, I simply could not solve myself! That is what drew me to more transpersonal therapeutic approaches. Maturation work was not overly concerned with understanding or analysing my trauma, patterns, childhood, etc. Rather, it looked at how these experiences had shaped where I was looking from, the lens through which I saw life, and how this generated my reality. As I deepen the work, this ‘lens’ dissolves more and more, and a clearing emerges within me: a spaciousness, a feeling of possibility. This is the space I hold in sessions with clients. I want to be an invitation for others to come home to their true selves.

Training

Diploma in Maturation Coaching and Macrobiotics. Currently completing a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychotherapy, due to be completed in February 2027.

Practice

I support people who feel stuck, have enormous amounts of understanding about themselves but feel unable to truly shift the unconscious patterns that run their lives.

Bio

I work with people through transpersonal psychotherapy, breathwork, art therapy and hypnotic journeys — and I came to it by a long way round. For over ten years I was a theatre director in Poland, which was already work with people and their demons, only in another language. Then everything I had built began to come apart. The life I had made no longer felt like mine, and underneath it was a longing I had no words for. I left, and spent years travelling, living on beaches and in caves — a long process of healing myself through creative practice, and what eventually led me here. I understand the psyche as wider than the personal story, and I treat the body, the breath and the imagination as full participants in change rather than as decoration around talking. I still paint, photograph and perform — the artistic and the therapeutic are not separate practices for me. I came to this work through my own crisis, which is why I am not frightened by other people’s.

Training

Third-level student of the four-year transpersonal psychotherapy and breathwork training). Currently completing an MA in Art Therapy in the contextual-behavioural (ACT) and eclectic approach, Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. Certified Practitioner of Transpersonal Hypnosis; Vedic Art teacher (intuitive painting). MA in Theare Arts.

Practice

I work with adults, most often women who identify as highly sensitive or neurodivergent — including those living with ADHD or PTSD — and with people held back from what they want to create by shame, fear of rejection or decision paralysis. I also help to to “unfreeze” the emotions and recover creativity. Sessions one-to-one and in groups, under supervision

What to Look for in a Transpersonal Psychotherapist

Finding the right transpersonal psychotherapist matters; perhaps more than in some other modalities, because the work can touch on the most vulnerable parts of who you are. Whether you arrived here through your own research, a friend's recommendation, or a growing sense that something was missing from traditional therapies, the following aspects are worth considering. A good transpersonal therapist embodies the principles of transpersonal therapy not just in sessions but in their own ongoing commitment to growth and self-examination.

  1. Verified training and qualifications: Look for someone who has completed a recognized transpersonal psychology degree, an accredited transpersonal psychology school, or equivalent psychotherapy training. Accreditation from a professional body — such as EUROTAS, ensures observance to educational and ethical standards. Be cautious of people who claim transpersonal expertise without verifiable credentials.

  2. A solid clinical foundation: The best transpersonal therapists do not float above the ground. They combine spiritual awareness with proper clinical skill; the ability to assess risk, work safely with trauma, and recognize when a referral is needed. Their integrative therapy education should be evident in their capacity to meet you wherever you are, not just where the transpersonal techniques are most interesting.

  3. Their own personal practice: A transpersonal therapist should have an ongoing contemplative or spiritual practice; meditation, breathwork, personal therapy, supervision, or some combination. This is not optional. It is what gives the therapist the depth and presence to hold space for your process. Do not be shy to ask.

  4. Ethical clarity and professional boundaries: A responsible transpersonal psychotherapist maintains clear boundaries, works within an ethical code, and is transparent about their methods and limitations. They should never push spiritual beliefs onto you or use their position to manipulate. Transpersonal therapy at its best is empowering, never dogmatic.

  5. Cultural humility and inclusivity: The field draws on many spiritual and cultural traditions. The second wave has placed increasing emphasis on diversity and social context (Hartelius et al., 2021). Your therapist should approach this material with genuine respect and openness to your own background, rather than imposing a particular worldview.

  6. A collaborative stance: The transpersonal therapeutic relationship is, at its best, a genuine partnership. Your therapist should welcome questions, respect your pace, and adjust based on your feedback. The best transpersonal psychotherapy education emphasizes this collaborative, client-centered ethic from the very beginning of training.
