Kati Wortelkamp
Head West
Anthropologist & Psychologist M.A.
Kati Wortelkamp is Co-Founder and Head West of the Transpersonal Training program, based near Freiburg, Germany. She brings decades of experience in Holotropic Breathwork® and transpersonal psychotherapy, overseeing the Western curriculum and ensuring the program meets EUROTAS standards for professional transpersonal training, and conducts training programs in Germany and Latvia. With over ten years at the Cancer-Hotline of the University Medical Center Freiburg, she brings deep compassion and practical expertise to therapeutic work, alongside an extensive background in bioenergetic, Kundalini and Iyengar yoga and other body-oriented methods.

Lyudmila Skartsesku is Head East of the Transpersonal Training program and a certified transpersonal psychotherapist. She is President of the Association of Transpersonal Development in Moldova, a Holotropic Breathwork Leader, a board member of EUROTAS and coordinator of its Ethics Committee. She specializes in intense integrative psychotherapeutic methods and teaches Process Oriented Therapy and Transpersonal Psychology. Her research interests span shamanic states of consciousness, spiritual crisis intervention, and the influence of quantum processes on consciousness. She conducts training programs across Moldova, Romania and Latvia.

Manal Al-Hammadi is a certified Psychedelic Integration Facilitator and Educator and Managing Director of the Psychedelic Studies Institute in Poland. Originally from Yemen and now based in Poland, she brings together expertise in innovation, psychedelic research and education, with over a decade of experience studying psychedelics. She has a career in technology and innovation and leads initiatives advancing training on therapeutic psychedelic use within legal and ethical frameworks, emphasizing the bridging of ancestral knowledge with emerging research for holistic, interconnected healing.

Ingo Benjamin Jahrsetz conducts seminars and trainings in transpersonal psychotherapy, spiritual guidance and Grof®Breathwork in Germany and abroad, and provides supervision in transpersonal psychotherapy. Bernadette Blin is a clinical and social psychologist trained in transpersonal psychotherapy and Gestalt therapy, and a former President of EUROTAS. She has been initiated by shamans from different traditions across Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Siberia and the United States. She founded the Evolutive Relaxation method in 1983 and trains transpersonal psychotherapists internationally, serving with CesHum (the French Transpersonal School) and IIBP (the International Institute for Consciousness Exploration and Psychotherapy) in Germany. She has authored and co-authored multiple works on transpersonal psychotherapy and emphasizes opening our heart and consciousness to create a more sustainable world.

Gabriel Fernandez-Borsot is core faculty at the Alef Trust, teaching transpersonal psychology and psychotherapy within their accredited MSc program and coordinating certificate programs there, alongside teaching at the International University of Catalonia. He has run a private practice since 2012 specializing in transpersonal therapy, and has trained psychotherapists since 2018. His research addresses transpersonal psychotherapy, transpersonal theories, the transdisciplinary analysis of otherness, the anthropology of technology, and AI ethics. He integrates spiritual seeking with psychological frameworks and is also a published singer-songwriter.

Jure Biechonski is a counselling psychologist and founder and director of SACH International and the TERVIKLIK MINA School. He brings 35 years of practice as a psychotherapist and nine years of advanced study in hypnotherapy and NLP to the course. He founded THA (Transpersonal Hypno-Analysis) and teaches at institutions in China, Estonia and Mexico while lecturing globally, using hypnotherapy to accelerate the therapeutic process by accessing the subconscious mind.

Nicolás Cambas uses playfulness, empathy and intuition as his primary tools. He left mainstream life at 21 following a shamanic experience, performing as a nomadic clown throughout Latin America for seven years and receiving shamanic initiations from indigenous communities including the Quechua, Cofán, Q’ero and Awá peoples, integrating their musical traditions and cosmovisions into his practice. He synthesized these experiences into CAMINOCREATIVO, a methodology offering creative, therapeutic and evolutive possibilities.

Tina Lindhard holds a doctorate in consciousness studies and specializes in transpersonal psychology with an emphasis on spirituality. She serves as a mentor for graduate students at IUPS and maintains a private practice blending meditation, craniosacral training and psychology, with a particular focus on trauma and grief work. An experienced educator, she has taught Arka Dhyana meditation internationally across Spain, Russia, France, Italy and the United States. Her scholarly work examines levels of consciousness, embryology, intuition, and the intersection of spirituality with mental health. She founded and chairs CCA Spain and sits on the board of CICA International, a consciousness research organization.

Mario Lorenzetti brings over two decades of facilitation experience and developed “Holo Sacred Breathwork,” blending shamanic and holotropic approaches. He maintains an extensive practice studying non-ordinary states of consciousness, has served as an editor for the Italian Society of Studies on States of Consciousness, co-founded the International Ecopsychology Society, and follows a long path of Zen practice. His research spans consciousness studies and Aldous Huxley scholarship.

Rainer Pervöltz studied German and French language and literature before relocating to California, where he trained in Gestalt and body psychotherapy with Jack Lee Rosenberg and Eric Marcus in Los Angeles, and later with Gerda Boyesen in London. He served as a trainer for the Biodynamic Institute during the 1980s–90s and co-founded the Chiron Centre in London in 1983. His spiritual education included work with Andrew DaPassano, Mantak Chia (Taoist Energy Training), Arnold Mindell (Dream Body) and Jaya Herbst (Psychic Healing). He now practices as a therapist, supervisor and teacher across Europe and co-directs the International Institute for Consciousness Exploration and Psychotherapy in Freiburg (IIBP).

Stephan Schillinger was a competitive athlete at world-championship level until age 21, before a twelve-year career in finance as Vice-President and Relationship Manager at Crédit Suisse Basel and Director at Richelieu Banque Privée Strasbourg, supporting business leaders and celebrities with wealth management and life transitions. Beginning in 2017, he underwent a significant personal transformation, pursuing spiritual development through shamanism, meditation, fasting and plant medicine across Peru, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Thailand and Canada — including three months in the Amazon with the Shipibo community in 2020. In 2018 he founded “Par un Curieux Hasard”, a personal-development platform that reached 8 million views and 36,000 subscribers within two years and led to several published books. He now offers individual consultations, workshops and retreats focused on trauma healing and inner transformation.

Stefan Dressler has run a private psychotherapy practice in Freiburg since 2005, using integrative, emotion-focused and process-experiential approaches drawing from psychodynamic, Gestalt and family reconciliation methodologies. He serves as both trainer and consultant for transpersonal psychology initiatives, including the two-year “Essence of Heart” training program he created, and has facilitated Holotropic Breathwork across multiple German cities and through international collaborations with institutions in China.

Jorge N. Ferrer, PhD, is an internationally recognized scholar, psychologist, and author best known for developing the participatory approach to spirituality and consciousness studies. He is Associate Research Faculty at the California Institute for Human Science and served for more than two decades as a Professor of Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where he also chaired the Department of East-West Psychology. A former advisor to the United Nations-affiliated organization Religions for Peace and a member of the Esalen Institute’s Center for Theory and Research, Ferrer received the Fetzer Institute’s Presidential Award for his pioneering contributions to the study of human consciousness.

Dario Hampi Pacari is a psychologist, medicine man and vision quester who has spent two decades guiding sacred rituals and sharing the wisdom of indigenous traditions. He trained at the University of Rome La Sapienza and went on to work in Latin America alongside local communities, studying under medicine people in Ecuador and Guatemala — work that grew into humanitarian projects with marginalized youth there (2004–2008) and leadership roles supporting traditional healing knowledge across Europe and the Americas.

Cathy Geils spent two decades working as a clinical psychologist across South African public hospitals, community clinics and private practice.
